The site

These terms govern the use of sterlingsalesinstitute.org and the Institute’s programs, examinations, and credentialing services. By using the site you accept them.

Enrollment and examinations

Enrollment in the Certified Remote Closer Program is completed through the Institute’s training platform (Thinkific), whose checkout terms apply to the purchase itself. Registration for Closer Score sittings is completed through the Institute’s registration form, with payment arranged by Admissions. Examination administration rules — including one attempt per sitting and the rotation of examination content — are conditions of sitting. Attempting to cheat, impersonate a candidate, or have any person or system perform examined work on your behalf is grounds for disqualification and revocation.

No guarantees of income or employment

The Institute trains, examines, and certifies. It does not promise placement, employment, or income, and nothing on this site is a representation of earnings. In a commission profession, skill drives outcomes — the Institute’s undertaking is the training, the standard, and the verifiable record, not the result of any individual career.

Credentials and verification

The Certified Remote Closer designation and the CRC badge may be used only by holders in good standing, in the forms the Institute’s brand guidelines permit. Verification portal data is provided for verifying individual credentials; bulk scraping, republication of records, or use of the portal to build datasets is prohibited.

Intellectual property

The Institute’s name, marks, seal, badge, curriculum, simulations, examinations, and site content are the property of the Sterling Sales Institute. Nothing here grants a license to reproduce them.

Liability

The site and its services are provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, the Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
