Refund Policy.

Program tuition

Tuition for the Certified Remote Closer Program is refundable in full within 14 days of enrollment for students who have not yet entered the Gauntlet (the certification examination series). Refunds are requested by writing to admissions@sterlingsalesinstitute.org from the enrollment email address. After the 14-day window, or once the certification series has begun, tuition is non-refundable — the standard, and the unlimited retries behind it, remain open to you for as long as it takes.

Examination registration

Closer Score registration ($99) is non-refundable, but it is flexible: notify the Institute before your sitting date and your registration transfers to the next scheduled sitting at no charge. Registration credits toward Program tuition in full when you enroll within 30 days of your sitting.

Corporate examination packages

Corporate and institutional administrations are governed by the terms of their individual agreements.

Where refunds are processed

Purchases are completed on the Institute’s training platform (Thinkific), and refunds are issued to the original payment method through that platform. Where the checkout terms presented at purchase state different terms, the checkout terms govern.
