What this policy covers
This policy describes how the Sterling Sales Institute handles information collected through sterlingsalesinstitute.org and, by reference, through the Institute’s training platform.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, message, and the topic of your inquiry). Enrollment, training, and examination records are collected and processed on the training platform when you enroll or sit an examination. Credential records exist so that certifications can be verified; verification lookups themselves are counted, not attributed.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, administer admissions and examinations, confer and maintain credentials, operate the verification portal and the Registry (which is strictly opt-in for graduates), and publish aggregate, non-identifying statistics in the Institute’s transparency reporting. The Institute does not sell personal information.
Where it is processed
The website is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Training and enrollment run on Thinkific, the Institute’s course platform, under its own terms and privacy policy at checkout. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Public records
A credential record is retrievable through the verification portal by credential ID — that is the point of a verifiable designation. Closer Profiles and Registry listings are published only with the graduate’s participation and remain under their control.
Your requests
To access, correct, or delete information the Institute holds about you, or to ask anything about this policy, write to admissions@sterlingsalesinstitute.org. Changes to this policy are posted on this page.
